A perfect tank bag for long distance touring! The EVO GS Tank bag gives you 16-22 litres of storage and is used along with SW-Motech's Quick Lock EVO mounting mechanism that allows for quick mounting and dismounting of the tank bag.

Product Description

The EVO GS tank bag is a large 16-22 litre tank bag suitable for large bikes with slightly curved fuel tanks. The main compartment is expandable, using a zip all the way around, just under the top flap, which takes capacity from 16 to 22 litres.

The bag fits on to the motorcycle’s tank with the SW-Motech Quick Lock Tank ring (sold separately). With the SW-Motech Quick Lock Tank bag system, the tank bag can be mounted or removed easily without the use of straps or magnets that may otherwise damage your motorcycle’s finish. The bag is easily removable at the time of filling up fuel.

The EVO GS tank bag includes connectors for a GPS mount, map holder and smartphone or tablet drybag. There is a cable feed through on the far side of the bag in case you want to run power into the bag.

The use of highly durable ballistic nylon, originally designed for military use, ensures the longevity of this EVO tank bag. A waterproof rain cover is supplied, which has a pair of drawstrings to accommodate the bag at its compressed or expanded positions

CAUTION : THE TOP RING (I.E. THE LOCKING MECHANISM THAT ATTACHES TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK BAG CONTAINS MOVING PARTS AND REQUIRES OCCAISIONAL MAINTENANCE. WE RECOMMEND BLOWING COMPRESSED AIR INTO THE MECHANISM TO CLEAR OUT ANY DUST THAT MIGHT HAVE ENTERED THE HOUSING. IF THE MECHANISM DOES GET STUCK, SPRAY A LITTLE WD-40 INTO IT AND LEAVE FOR 2-3 MINS AND THEN TRY AGAIN.
